What an Integrated Management System is
An Integrated Management System (IMS) brings the policy, processes, records, audits and management review of more than one standard into a single system. Instead of running quality on one side and safety on the other, the organization works with one structure. ISO management system standards share a common structure, which makes them easier to integrate.
At Grupo ALADE we have an Integrated Management System, covering quality and occupational health and safety, certified for the design and execution of civil and architectural works, and low-voltage photovoltaic solar systems.
ISO 9001:2015, quality management
What the standard sets out
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard that sets the requirements for a quality management system. It rests on the process approach, risk-based thinking and continual improvement, and aims for an organization to consistently deliver products and services that meet its customers' requirements and the applicable statutory and regulatory ones.
What it means for our clients and teams
We plan and control every stage of our projects to meet our clients' needs and expectations, continuously improve our processes and build long-term relationships of trust.
ISO 45001:2018, occupational health and safety
What the standard sets out
ISO 45001:2018 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It asks organizations to identify hazards, assess risks and define controls, comply with legal requirements, and ensure workers take part and are consulted. Its purpose is to prevent work-related injury and ill health and to provide safe and healthy workplaces.
What it means for our clients and teams
We manage occupational risks throughout our projects to prevent injuries and health deterioration, and to promote safe and healthy working conditions for our people.
A path we had already announced
In July 2025 we shared that we had started the ISO 9001:2015 certification process under the audit of Bureau Veritas. You can read that post.
